Food was pretty good. Not healthy but pretty tasty and large portions. Biscuits intimidated me at first since it was so heavy on the butter/honey but it wasn’t overpowering. Also got key lime chicken and waffle which also pretty good. Never had a key lime waffle before so had to try it. On the weekends get ready for a turn up. For my Nee Yorkers, it reminds me of turn up spot in Brooklyn (woodland) that got shut down but don’t think it would he as intense
This establishment was average at best. The server acted like he was doing us a favor. The food was average and under seasoned. The music was far too loud and interfered with our ability to converse. The wings and waffles were less than average. I urge you to invest in REAL maple syrup and REAL butter. You could learn a few lessons from The Breakfast Boys right down the street I had an unparalleled experience there yesterday. Lastly, it’s pretty presumptuous for you to automatically add 18% gratuity for 2 people. The service and food didn’t warrant that.
For a first time visit, a lasting impression was most definitely left upon me! First off, the Honey Biscuits made me question if Grandma's biscuits were actually the best I've ever had 🤫... absolutely amazing! Now the Lobster Egg and Cheese Biscuit, baaaaabeeeeh! The biscuit, hot fluffy flaky buttery sweet, everything you want in a biscuit, is topped with a delicious lightly fried egg, capped off with golden fried tender lobster tail 🦞 so fresh and delicious, it'll make you wanna slap yo momma 👋🏾. On top of top tier cuisine, the atmosphere and service equally matched all there was to offer! It will be hard trying not to order this entrée every time I visit. I tip my hat to the chef 👏🏾🙏🏾🙌🏾
