The atmosphere is beautiful without being stuffy. I started off with the lychee lemon drop that was really tasty. I had the sea salt salmon grits bowl. The fried okra and peppers in it were just right. I also ordered a side of lobster mac ‘n cheese because I wanted to taste it. There were huge chunks of lobster in the dish. I had to take it and half my meal home and it was just as good the next day. My husband had the fried seafood platter. He had three meals from his dish. The portions are very generous. We want to commend the receptionist. We did not have a reservation on a weeknight. She said there would be a 20 minute wait. My husband was hungry and didn’t want to wait. The restaurant is in a nice shopping center with other eateries. We were about to leave when the hostess said that someone was about to forfeit their reservation in 5 minutes. She was very pleasant and cheerful. We stayed and kept resources in our community.
