I walked in with two friends, neither
Of them had a mask on, but I did.
My Fiancé let the host and manager/owner know that there would be 3 of us and her only response was that they needed
Masks.
They left to get their masks and I stayed. I stood there for about 3 minutes, I watched the manager/owner converse with a staff member and she was rude to him, and waited for someone to say something to me but assumed that they were waiting for my other two people and went to have a seat. Once my people came back with their masks, she THEN decided to inform us that it would be an hour wait.
My family friends and I are black. We are trying to support our people, but when running a business, someone like a manager and most certainly an owner has to have an attitude and personality that would make people want to wait an hour.
Later on we called in to make a reservation, they aren’t taking any. No to-go... it was just a waist of time and a very poor experience for such a beautiful ambiance that was set.
