The inspiration of Lemon Butter Seafood came about through the owner's travels to places such as Louisiana, Central Mexico and Belize. One of the main influences was the cultural city of New Orleans and the flavorful style of Cajun cooking. Our signature Lemon Butter sauces were created with a zesty blend of Cajun seasonings, garlic and freshly squeezed lemons. It's surely going to have you coming back for more!
